It's really difficult to ask if you can exchange rupees. The operator switches to ext but for 10 minutes no one picks up, just leave it like that

Just ask for a reply letter for managing roya to BPN, you have to wait 12 days. Slow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teller pusat tdk profesional, nama org india yg memang biasanya aneh2 dimata org indonesia malah ditertawakan oleh tellernya (ivone or vory i dont remember exactly but she use hijab & tmn lain di sblhnya) di depan nasabah pengirim uang, sangat tidak sopan, padahal itu bank untuk orang india mayoritas, ditambah lgi itu SBI Bank pusat, di cabang malah lebih menghormati para nasabahnya & pelayanan ok & baik
The central teller is unprofessional, the name of an Indian person who is usually strange in the eyes of Indonesians is even laughed at by the teller (ivone or vory i dont remember exactly but she use hijab & other friends before) in front of a money sending customer, very disrespectful, even though it's a bank for the majority of Indians, plus the central bank SBI, the branches even more respect for their customers & the service is ok & good
