Yaelah mau buat kartu kredit aja harus bawa Fotocopy. Masa gak bisa di fotocopy'in si. Riweh amat. Kurang simple prosedurnya. Pelayanannya kurang memuaskan

Pengunjung tidak bisa mengakses ke Bank Mandiri pada saat sholat jumat dikarenakan lobby gedung dipakai untuk sholat jumat dan tidak ada pengumuman sebelumnya. Pengunjung harus menunggu diluar kepanasan sampai sholat selesai.

TOLONGGGGG banget ya, ntuk pihak2 management BANK MANDIRI graha mandiri ,blmana da nasabah RTGS yg sudah ngasih transaksinya d kerjakn lbh dahulu...jgn d srobot2 sama nasabah yg lainnya... krn RTGS tu sedang d BUTUHkan... & saya ngikut ngantri juga loh,tp nyatanya d selak ma nasabah yg lain,TELER ampun

Lama banget... Untuk transaksi di teller kenapa tidak dipertimbangkan untuk menggunakan sistem nomor antrian, jadi nasabah yg antri bisa duduk.. kalau melayani 1 nasabah bisa menghabiskan waktu sampai 15 menit bahkan lebih, yg antri berdiri kakinya pegel banget.. sejam antri bediri pegel banget... Apalagi kalau lebih..
