Proses pembuatan rek baru di CS hampir 1 jam an (jelas lama) CS nya buka rekening nasabah sambil ngobrol sama Office Boy, di tambah harus photocopy persyaratan nya di luar (bri gak punya photocopy an).
Dan saat pandemic covid19 gini, tempat cuci tangan gak ada air, gak di perhatikan
