★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security tidak sopan dan tidak ramah.. Pelayanan BUMN kadang memang memuakan. Kalau datang ke BCA disambut dengan senyum sapa.. Di BNI cabang tuparev di tanya ketus "mau apa? " Dia pikir saya mau maling?
Security is not polite and unfriendly. SOEs' services are sometimes disgusting. When you come to BCA, you are greeted with a smile. At the BNI Tuparev branch, you are asked curtly, "What do you want?" He thought I was going to be a thief?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat amat lama teller nya, yg ngantri banyak malah ngobrol aja dengan kawannya,
Terbaik Ngantri 3 jam padahal cuma nunggu 10 nomer antrian.
The teller is very, very long, those who queue a lot, just talk to their friends,
Best to queue for 3 hours even though only waiting for 10 queue numbers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah, harus ambil nomer antrian dulu mulai jam 7.30. Nasabah sudah mirip pasien bpjs. Yang aneh, pembagian nomer antrian engga adil, padahal baru 10 orang tapi saya dapet antrian nomer 30.
Worse, you have to take the queue number first starting at 7.30. The customer is like a BPJS patient. The strange thing is, the distribution of queue numbers is not fair, even though there are only 10 people but I got queue number 30.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpamnya ga ramah sama sekali & tidak profesional, nasabah suruh panas-panasan diluar sedangkan didalam masih bisa untuk duduk & tetap menjaga jarak. Diluar aja desek-desekan? CSnya cuma 1 yang ngantri puluhan, billing CS ada banyak untuk apa? Pajangan aja? ? Udah banyak review bintang 1 tapi tidak memperbaiki pelayanan, lucunya....Apa mentang-mentang BUMM. ??
Keluhan nasabah banyak & makin bertambah, apa ga ada meeting evaluasi kinerja & team yang ngecek sosmed ya? Ulasan di google jelek begini dibiarin aja.
The security guard is not friendly at all & unprofessional, the customer orders it to be hot outside while the inside is still able to sit & keep your distance. Just outside the whispers? There's only 1 CS lined up, dozens of CS bills are there for what? Just display it? There have been many 1-star reviews but they have not improved the service, the funny thing is. ?
There are a lot of customer complaints & they are increasing, isn't there a performance evaluation meeting & a team that checks social media? Reviews on google are bad like this, just leave it alone.
