Maaf y saya kasih ulasan bintang 1,sangat tidak ramah sekali CS nya,,saya Nasabah Bank Anda bekerja,,niat ingin banyak bertanya malah saya tunda,,Bank plat merah tapi pelayanan nya kalah dengan Bank swasta, gak ada itu 3 S ( senyum,sapa dan salam),malah asik ngobrol dengan sesama rekannya.saya menulis nya salahnya mbak CS nya Juteeeeeeekkkkkk bngt,harusnya anda sebagai CS lebih aware dengan nasabah didepan anda bukan malah asik ngobrol.Tolong diperbaiki pelayanan nya.
Sorry, I give a 1-star review, the CS is very unfriendly, I am a customer of your bank working, I want to ask a lot of questions instead I postpone it ,, Bank is red plate but its service is inferior to private banks, no 3 S (smile , greetings and greetings), instead it is cool to chat with fellow colleagues. I wrote it was wrong for Ms. CS, Juteeeeeeekkkkkkkkbng, you should be a CS who is more aware of the customer in front of you instead of having fun chatting. Please improve the service.

Tempatnya sebenernya cukup luas, tp sayang selama pandemi antriannya cukup panjang. Awal ngantri dulu di lantai 1, cukup lama menunggu di lantai 1 tetapi kurang nyaman bagi nasabah untuk ruang tunggunya krn panas dan tidak ber AC. Setelah di panggil, ngantri lg di lantai 2. Dan cukup lama jg. Intinya sih ruang tunggunya di lantai 1 kurang nyaman. Saran kami, supaya lebih di perhatikan lagi. Terima kasih ?
The place is actually quite wide, but unfortunately during the pandemic the queues are quite long. Initially I queued first on the 1st floor, it was quite a long time waiting on the 1st floor but it was less convenient for customers to wait for the waiting room because it was hot and not air-conditioned. After being summoned, I queued again on the 2nd floor. And it took quite a while. The point is, the waiting room on the 1st floor is less comfortable. Our advice is to pay more attention. Thank you ?

Hari ini saya melakukan pergantian kartu debit mandiri yg gold lama ke kartu debit gold chip yang baru ke bank tanjung priok yos sudarso ini, Pelayanan CS nya sangat bagus, terutama Bpk. CS meja no 4 yg hari ini bertugas 18/06/2021, sangat baik bgt perlayanan nya, murah senyum dan action bgt untuk membantu memulihkan mobile banking saya sampai benerΒ² tidak ada masalah lagi, mau mendampingi ke ATM bank nya untuk menuntun sy mengulang proses mobile banking saya sampai selesai, sangat membantu sekali action nya, kalo tidak saya pasti bolak balik mulu seharian ke bank krna mobile banking sy belom bisa di pulihkan kembali.. Sy senang bgt tidak repotΒ² lagi ke ATM untuk melakukan transaksi krna mobile banking sy sudah aktif kembali, Terimakasih buat Bpk. CS meja no 4 yg hari ini bertugas, God Bless you Pak, Fighting ???
Today I changed the old gold independent debit card to the new gold chip debit card to this Yos Sudarso Tanjung Priok bank, The CS service is very good, especially Mr. CS table no 4 who is on duty today 18/06/2021, the service is very good, smiling and taking great action to help restore my mobile banking until there really are no more problems, want to accompany me to the bank ATM to guide me to repeat the mobile process my banking was finished, the action was very helpful, if not I would have gone back and forth all day to the bank because my mobile banking has not been able to be restored. , Thanks to Mr. CS table no 4 who is on duty today, God Bless you sir, Fighting ???

Parkir mobil motor berbayar. Dari pengalaman yang ada, CS nya kalau melayani customer ingin nya cepat cepat selesai seolah ingin mengejar target jumlah pelayanan ini yang membuat tidak nyaman dan seolah tidak ikhlas.
Paid motorbike parking. From existing experience, when serving customers, CS wants to finish quickly, as if they want to pursue the target number of services, which makes them uncomfortable and doesn't seem sincere.

Respon CS nya lambat , tidak profesional dalam bekerja ,malah kebanyak ngobrol . Buang2 waktu nasaba
The CS response is slow, unprofessional at work, in fact they talk a lot. Waste of customer time
