Parah banget pelayanan nya padahal cuma mau urus mbanking yg jelas jelas tabungan sendiri bukan bantuan dr pemerintah, trus jutek banget tuh sucurity nya yg pake baju polisi.jd males ngurus apa" Di bri situ paraaah ??????

Bikin atm dari kapan tau tapi atmnya ga jadi2 katanya kartunya ke abisan, tau abis knpa satpamnya ngerekomdasiin bikin atm britamax kira2 kapan itu kartunya ada kalo lama rifund aja lah mengecewakan saya bolak balik tapi hasilnya nol?

Antrian dari jam 6 pagi baru diproses sama cs jam 11.30. Bikin kepala pusing nunggunya Tapi cukup puas sama pelayanan cs BRI nya, perbaiki alur antrian agar costumer tidak nunggu terlalu lama Terima kasih
The queue from 6 am has just been processed by cs at 11.30. Makes me dizzy waiting for it But quite satisfied with the BRI cs service, fix the queue flow so that customers don't wait too long thank you

Pelayanan customer service saya hitung sudah setengah jam belum selesai 2 orang...apa tidak bisa ditambah untuk customer service nya agar bisa secepat mungkin menyelesaikan permasalahan pelanggan.

Tadi pagi saya kesana,untuk kprluan k cs (kartu di sable) saya sudah berusaha coba k ATM tapi ada arahan untuk k bank terdekat,dan saya pergi k bank BRI dengan lantangnya pak satpam membentak saya,dengan lantang bilang jika krtu di sable bisa lewat ATM,sudah jelas saya coba berkali" tidak bisa,saya datng pukul 05:45,saya nasabah hrsnya di beri kenyamanan dan arahan,bukan malh di bentak" dengan alasan pelayanan CS terbatas,klo tidak bisa memberikan pelayanan dengan baik k nasabah mending tutup aja, satpam yang berbaju polisi lebih baik di hentikan.
This morning I went there, for k cs needs (card on sable) I've tried to try an ATM but there are directions for the nearest bank, and I went to BRI bank loudly the security guard shouted at me, loudly said if the card was sable you could pass ATM, it's clear I tried many times "can't do it, I came at 05:45, I'm a customer who should be given comfort and direction, not even yelled at" on the grounds that CS service is limited, if you can't provide good service to customers, just close it , the security guard in police clothes better be stopped.

pelayanan sangat Buruk disuruh pak cek materai tera padahal gk info sebelum nya, setidaknya info 2 minggu sebelum transaksi perusahaan. karna ini menyangkut gaji banyak orang.
Very bad service, Mr. told to check the stamp duty even though there was no previous information, at least 2 weeks before the company's transaction. because this concerns the salaries of many people.

Pagi ini saya ke 2 kalinya datang Ke Bank BRI Cabang Pembantu Permai. Hari selasa, 31 agustus 2021 pukul 09.00 WIB dan rabu 1 september 2021 pukul 06.30. Untuk mengganti Kartu ATM yang sudah kadarlursa. Tapi sampai saat ini... saya belum bisa masuk Bank BRI Ketemu CS . Karena anteran untuk masuk Bank BRI Tersebut Selalu Habis. Jadi saya disarankan ambil No Antrian Kamis, 2 agustus Jam 4.30 pg Pertanyaan Saya; 1. Kenapa untuk masuk ke Bank BRI ketemu CS sangat sulit sistemnya... menggunakan antrian tradisional. 2. Kemana Mesin Antrian diDalam Bank: Tidak adakah atau tidak berfungsikah? 3. Bank BRI kenapa belum memiliki sistem yg modern sehingga tidak menyulitkan nasabah ketika ingin masuk ke BRi ketemu CS ? 4. Nasabah ingin ke CS Harus ambil no. ANTRIAN jam 04.30 Pg . Ke security.... kemudian jam 7.30 kembali lagi ke BRI menerima No Antrian. Menunggu lagi jika mendapatkan ko antrian besar jam 11 siang baru dilayani oleh CS. Ya.. Tuhan. Separah itulah Sistem Bank BRI Cabang pembantu permai? 4. BRI sebagai bank pemerintah.. kenapa tidak berusaha untuk mengikuti sistem BANK BCA. Jika ingin mengganti atau membuat kartu bisa menggunakan mesin CDM yg tersedia. 5. Begitu Parahkah sistem perbankan BRI. Secara BRI Permai adalah Cabag Pembantu... yg cukup besar.

But until now... I haven't been able to enter Bank BRI Meet CS. Because the queue to enter the BRI Bank is always finished. So I was advised to take No Queue Thursday, August 2 at 4.30 am My question; 1. Why to enter BRI Bank meet CS very difficult system... using queue traditional. 2. Where is the Queue Machine in the Bank: Does not exist or does not work? 3. Why doesn't BRI Bank have a modern system? so that it does not make it difficult for customers when they want go to BRI and meet CS? 4. Customer wants to go to CS Must take no. QUEUE 4:30 p.m. Go to security.... then at 7.30 back again to BRI received No Queue. Wait again if you get a big queue at 11 pm just served by CS. Oh Lord. That's how bad the BRI Branch Bank System is game helper? 4. BRI as a state bank.. why not trying to follow the BANK BCA system. If want to replace or make a card can using the available CDM machine. 5. How bad is the BRI banking system. By BRI Permai is a Sub Branch... which is quite large.
