It's long. Byk the krj ... but the cs because it takes a long time ... private banks are better.

Yesterday Great old service .. Feelings not really bad .. Bru this time to the bank bni. So far, the queues aren't really that much ? waiting from half past 10 until 2pm ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada 2 cs disana, masing2 cs melayani customer ½jam,, bayangkan.. sy dtg dr jam ½11 antrian 20org baru kelar ½3,, 4 jam nunggu di bank,, benar2 wasting time bgt.. semua bekerja slow motion..
There are 2 cs there, each cs serves customers hour, imagine... I came from 11 am 11 queue of 20 people just finished 3, 4 hours waiting at the bank, really wasting time.. everything works in slow motion..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya datang ke bni cabang enggano pukul 11 siang, kata pak satpam ibu nanti kepotong jam istirahat lebih baik datang lagi setelah jam istirahat selesai, saya datang pukul setengah dua , dibilang cs tutup, padahal jelas2 jam operasional bank sampai pukul 4, tolong ditatar lagi ya untuk pegawai bni cabang enggano ini
