★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AlhamduliLLAH pelayanannya amat baik mulai dari pemberian informasi oleh CS lalu pendaftaran BPJS Kesehatan hingga pelayanan perawatan dan pengobatan oleh dokter Nanda, kemudian pelayanan administrasi dan pra perawatan oleh suster juga pelayanan farmasi semuanya melayani dengan baik...... semoga tetap demikian
 AlhamduliLLAH the service is very good starting from providing information by CS then BPJS Health registration to care and treatment services by doctor Nanda, then administrative and pre-treatment services by the nurses as well as pharmacy services all serving well......hopefully it stays that way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya bagus, prokes ketat, dari mulai satpam, penjaga didepan, cust service ramah, suster2nya juga ramah, alat lengkap. Bersih juga rumah sakitnya. Ruang tunggu berAc tapi mungkin krn pandemi, pintu dibuka 1 supaya sirkulasi udara lbh baik.
The service is good, the procedure is strict, starting from the security guard, the guard in front, the cust service is friendly, the nurses are also friendly, the equipment is complete. The hospital is clean too. The waiting room is air conditioned but maybe because of the pandemic, the door is opened 1 so that the air circulation is better.

My experience of treatment here is very satisfying
I received treatment and had cataract surgery with Dr Michael, the person was friendly and thorough and satisfying
the staff is also patient including Zr Dian who is smiling

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak profesional, pelayan kurang ramah ditanya sedikit saja sudah tinggi nadanya. Dokter nunggu dari jam 5 sampe jam 7 belum ada... harus nunggu sampe kapan pasiennya?
Very unprofessional, the waiter is not friendly when asked just a little is already high-pitched. The doctor waits from 5 to 7 o'clock yet there is no... how long should the patient wait?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya ngaret, pasien berjubel karena manajemen antri tidak ada, pasien dipaksa datang pada jam yg sama utk proses pra periksa oleh suster lalu dibiarkan numpuk sampai berjubel, prokes covid lebih jelek drpd restorasi dan tempat wisata, bumi langit kalau di bandingkan JEC.
The doctor was rude, the patients were crowded because there was no queuing management, the patients were forced to come at the same time for the pre-examination process by the nurses and then allowed to pile up until there were crowds, the covid process is worse than restoration and tourist attractions, Bumi Langit when compared to JEC.
