★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sejauh ini definisi kantor cabang Bank yang terburuk dan tidak layak disebut sebagai kantor cabang Bank dengan nama manapun, begini rincian nya :
1. Setelah melewati pintu masuk langsung tercium bau rokok yang sangat menyengat ( peringatan terhadap nasabah yang lain jika ingin bawa anak sebaiknya ditinggal kecuali tidak peduli dengan kesehatan anak sendiri )
2. Baru pertama kali melihat OB tertidur disamping mesin foto kopi.
3. Mendengar karyawan Bank berbicara keras dan becanda sampai ketawa begitu lepas terhadap rekan nya, bisa didengar sangat jelas oleh seluruh nasabah dalam kantor tersebut. Tidak peduli terhadap nasabah atau memang IQ jongkok, saya yakin dua2nya. Catatan kejadian ini masih dalam jam kerja.
4. Customer service yang memberi layanan sangat pelan dan service nya buruk karena tidak bisa memberikan solusi dalam arti kata nasabah nya yang harus mengeluarkan solusi sendiri.
Kalau ada pemilihan award dalam kategori pilihan bank cabang terburuk dengan senang hati saya akan memberikan nominasi.

Gimana mau maju kalo kayak gini...
Very bad service!!! The staff is slow at work, then the attitude is whatever... How come some customers are joking with each other so it can be heard...
How are you going to move forward like this...
