★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank mandiri have long queue for normal transaction and I always have exchange the money in special counter. But woman teller made me wait 30 minutes in special counter, and after that she let me to queue in normal long line. Very dispointing and the direction at first and second floor still inform to currency exchange to special counter. I blame women teller that has made own desicion. Never exchange the currency again. My credit card also problem, sent to me with wrong name and never use.
