Pernah kendala sama internet banking, minta print 'in bukti bayar yg ada NTPN nya aja kaga bisa. Padahal sebelum kejadian skrg udah pernah kayak gitu, dan itu bisa print dgn batuan cs sebelumnya. Skrg tbtb gak bisa udah gitu ngotot lagi, udh tlpn lwt cs BRI maupun ke kring pajak juga sama aja hrus print dgn bantuan cs BRI. Kalo gak error juga saya gak bakalan kesitu.
Lain kali layani konsumen dgn baik.

Now, tbtb, I can't, I'm so insistent, I've called through BRI's cs or to the tax office, it's the same, you have to print with the help of BRI's cs. If it's not an error, I won't be there either.
