★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tolong itu scurity,, nurahman etika komunikasinya terhadap masyarakat di perbaiki lagi,,yg nnya kan berbeda beda kepala,, seharusnya sebagai scurity bank harus bisa sabar dalam menangani nasabah bni yg kebingungan.. ngegas mulu. kita semua capek, saling menghargai satu sama lain dong.
Please improve security, improve the ethics of communication to the community again, the ones with different heads, should be able to be patient as bank security in handling confused bni customers ... we are all tired, respect each other please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buka rekening tinggal scan ktp ga nyampe 5 menit langsung jadi. Udh ga manual jd gaperlu bawa KK asli atau surat domisili/keterangan kerja dari kantor (bagi ktp luar jabodetabek). Satpamnya baik, ramah2 lagi. Tingkatin terus pelayanannya ???
Kalau antriannya lama ya kan setiap konsumen beda2 kebutuhannya.
Open an account, just scan the ID card, it doesn't arrive in 5 minutes immediately. It's not manual so I don't need to bring the original KK or domicile / work certificate from the office (for ID cards outside Jabodetabek). The security is good, friendly again. Continue to improve the service ???
If the queue is long, each consumer has different needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari pintu masuk udah di tanya security lalu di suruh masuk setelah di jawab..
Setelah sampai pintu masuk lobby di tanya lagi sama Security setelah di jawab di kasih nomor antrian menuju ke lantai 2.
Setelah sampai di lantai 2 duduk sambil nunggu nomor antri di panggil. Sekitar 2 jam menunggu belum ada panggilan terpaksa memberanikan diri bertanya kepetugas Custamer Servis dan di jawab bahwa untuk buka rekening Prakerja harus Online dan nomor antrian yg di berikan Security ternyata salah, seharusnya nomor antrian kode B bukan nomor antrian kode C. Kenapa ga di kasih tau dari awal oleh Security kalau buka rekening Prakerja itu online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiap pagi udah antri parah udah males kalo kayak gitu mending nyari bank lain aja yang lebih baik. Lokasi bank dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan robinson
