CS nya hanya 2 orang, jadi pelayanan nya lumayan lama. Saya datang jam 8 dapat nomor urut 2 tetapi menunggu sampai jam 1 baru di layani.

Customer service hanya 2 orang, tetapi cutomer banyak sekali, sehingga menunggu lama sekali, saya datang jam 8:15 baru bisa ke customer service jam 11:49 , dan baru selesai jam 12:12 , itupun saya hanya perbaikan kartu saja, yang tadinya mau buka octo mobile juga saya cancel karena sudah terlalu lama dan customer service dan satpam nya udah mulai ribet karena banyak nya cutomer yg datang dan penanganan tiap customer yg rata rata lama, dan entah saya salah sangka atau bukan, ada juga customer yg menyelipkan uang 10.000 beberapa lembar di bawah formulir agar bisa segera di panggil, karena dari gelagatnya si pengunjung dan cs dan teman cs yg di belakang yg agak aneh, saran saya jika ada kepentingan ke sini datang pagi sekali sekitar jam 6:30 lalu isi buku kunjungan lalu pulang lagi, lalu jam 11 an datang lagi , semoga jadi evaluasi management bank cimb agar di tambah customer servicenya agar pengunjung yg ingin menyelesaikan urusan di sini tidak menunggu terlalu lama

pelayanan yg mengecewakan nasabah, sangat lama sekali dari pagi saya antri sampai siang blm jg di layani, padahal yg antri hanya 7 nasabah terhitung dari saya, kalo bukan karna perusahaan saya yg menyuruh saya untuk buka rekening disini saya langsung pergi dari tadi. mana harus nunggu di luar panas bgt
