★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya ada di ruko, pelayanannya sih baik, customer servicenya enak diajak konsultasi masalah perbankan dan jelas memberikan penjelasan tentang produk-produk bank, teller nya juga cepat, tapi disini cuma ada 2 customer service dan 2 teller jadi kalo yang mau cepet kelar dan antiriannyabsedikit harus pagi datengnya, overall good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk yang mau migrasi dr BRI syariah dan BNI Syariah ke BSI disini sangat lelet,yg saya lihat CS utk migrasi dan umum di satukan,kalau bisa CS utk migrasi itu di perbanyak karna belum semua orang memindahkan buku tabungannya, jadi tidak perlu menunggu berjam-jam customer. Terimakasih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sama seperti Bank BNI pada umumnya, bank BNI Syariah KCP Jababeka ini melayani segala macam transksi para nasabahnya. Mulai dari setor tunai hingga membantu segala keluhan para nasabah. BNI Syariah KCP Jababeka juga menggalangkan program haji dan umroh dengan bentuk tabungan, di dalam program ini nasabah diedukasi untuk menabung dengan tujuan haji atau umroh. Terdapat 3 buah mesin ATM di dalamnya. Untuk lahan parkir juga sangat aman karena di kelola oleh jasa parkir profesional. Para pelayananya juga sangat ramah dan murah senyum sehingga para nasabah merasakan kenyamanan. Yang menarik disini, para karyawannya melayani dengan sangat cepat dan para nasabah jarang mengantri atau menununggu lama saat ingin bertransaksi

For parking lots it is also very safe because it is managed by professional parking services. The servants are also very friendly and smiley so that the customers feel comfortable. What's interesting here, the employees serve very quickly and customers rarely queue or wait long when they want to make transactions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BNI Syariah telah hadir di Jababeka, sebagai KCP dari Bekasi. Tempatnya adem dan nyaman. Semoga tetap bersih dan harum selalu, sehingga nasabahnya betah bertransaksi di sini. CS, teller, dan satpam ramah serta help-full. Antrean CS di sini selalu ramai, padahal petugasnya sudah bertambah menjadi 2 orang. Mesin ATM ada 2 macam, untuk penarikan dan untuk e-transaksi saja tapi bisa untuk update balance Tap-Cash juga. Kadang-kadang mesin ATM error atau offline, mungkin karena jaringan listrik di sana kurang stabil. Alhamdulillah satpam selalu siap dan sigap membantu saat kesulitan menggunakan ATM. Semoga ke depannya menjadi semakin baik lagi fasilitasnya ???
BNI Syariah has been present in Jababeka, as KCP from Bekasi. The place is cool and comfortable. Hopefully it will always be clean and fragrant, so that customers feel at home doing transactions here. CS, tellers, and security guards are friendly and help-full. The CS queue here is always busy, even though the staff has increased to 2 people. There are 2 types of ATM machines, for withdrawals and for e-transactions only, but you can also update the Tap-Cash balance. Sometimes the ATM machine crashes or goes offline, maybe because the electricity network there is less stable. Alhamdulillah, security guards are always ready and ready to help when you have trouble using an ATM. Hopefully in the future the facilities will get even better ???

Waktu itu nunggu antrian CS, kita nunggu 3 kloter. Jadi pas Dateng kalo panjang banget bisa dari antrian luar, habis itu kedalam, baru naik ke atas..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dateng panas2 teller nya lagi istirhat masa CS gak rollingan sih habisin waktu nasabah aja.. suruh nunggu di luar lagi. Padahal kosong di dalem. Tolong ya management atur lagi sistem nya dmn2 juga rolling istirahat buat layanin nasabah nya... very bad cs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a best choice for a Moslem to save money at a sharia bank. This bank offers akad Wadiah, so people can save money without monthly fee and bank interest. Just like another bank office, if people want to get a fast transaction, please do not come here at Monday or Friday. I think it always full of people at that time. The rooms and the toilets are clean. The banking hall and the waiting rooms are comfort enough since customers can have a seat on the a bence. The staffs give a great smile and always active to help. One best thing in this office is all transaction temporary stop after azan to take a pray together for 15 minutes.
