Customer service yang cewek kurang profesional melayani nya kecepetan kayak kejar setoran, masih bagusan yang cowok pembawaannya tenang, ramah, pelayanan nya juga berdiri sebelum pelanggan nya datang, kalo bisa milih sih pengennya dilayani yg cowok aja seh, yah karena dapat nya yg cewek ya sudahlah. Mohon untuk customer yang cewek walaupun waktunya sudah mendekati jam 4 sore waktunya pulang saya tahu, tapi mbok ya kasihan lah saya yg nunggu dari jam 1 siang dan baru dapat jatah jam setengah 4 mbok ya dilayani dengan profesional gak buru2 pengen pulang ??? , itu saja sih kritik dan saran ku Semoga dapat ditingkatkan kembali pelayanan nya.

Orang antri dari pagi jam 7, buka jam 8.30 Trus CS yg melayani cmn 2 org aja, wah dibanding di Lippo Cikarang kan Kantornya lebih gede, ada 2 CS yg masih close. Ini gmn ya? Kalau yg antri 50 org butuh waktu brp lama itu? Ampe jam 3 pun kagak kelar ?‍♂️ Security gak ramah dan mengarahkan setengah2!

Tipikal bank BUMN (kalau bisa diperlama kenapa dipercepat?) Dengan banyaknya pengunjung, customer service hanya disediakan 4 dan dari 4 hanya aktif 2. Dari 2 CS yg tersedia pelayanan sangat2 lama. Satu customer saja bisa 30 menit lebih. Dapat dibayangkan kalau anda dapat antrian 20 nomor saja bisa 3 jam lebih menunggu. Benar2 buang waktu. Oiya note juga untuk SOP ketika melayani customer, CS cenderung tidak profesional,malah ngerumpi dipojokan

Pelayanan CS nya lama banget, gak cuma cabang ini, yg lainnya juga begitu. Kalau liat di twitter, respon untuk keluhan ini pasti "akan dievaluasi". Tapi kaya gak ada evaluasi. Cuti berkali2 cuma buat ngurus penggantian kartu dr 1 cabang ke cabang lain, tp gak ada yg selesai. Mohon untuk benar-benar dievaluasi, jgn cuma dijadiin template respon keluhan aja.
