★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menunggu hampir 2 jam hanya untuk satu pelanggan di Layanan Pelanggan sangat tidak efisien. Untuk pelayananan Optimal dan efisien bisa ditambah SDM Layanan Pelanggannya kemudian untuk pembukaan sudah bagus lewat Online sehingga waktu yg diperlukan jdi semangkin singkat. Jadi jangan semua pembukaan tabungan di meja CS ! Prioritaskan layanan ke semua pelanggan jgn prioritaskan hanya pada satu.
Waiting almost 2 hours for just one customer in Customer Service is very inefficient. For optimal and efficient service, you can add the Customer Service HR, then the opening is good via Online, so the time needed is even shorter. So do not all opening savings at the CS table! Prioritize services to all customers, don't prioritize only one.

Banyak customer antri tapi hanya dilayani 1 meja customer. Bahkan satpam yang mengambil alih tupoksi CS.
Ada meja FA yg seharusnya bisa dimaksimalkan.
Peralihan ke BSI belum dibarengi dengan sdm dan fasilitas yg memadai.
Poor governance.
Many customers queue but only 1 customer table is served. Even the security guard who took over CS's main duties.
There is an FA table that should be maximized.
The switch to BSI has not been accompanied by adequate human resources and facilities.

- gedung dan area parkirnya kecil
