★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jam buka sudah jelas jam 8, tetapi untuk prepare sampai hampir 1 jam, ada security tapi ga kasih penjelasan singkat ke customer, minimal menertibkan, alhasil ga ada yang jaga jarak dan berdiri sesuai antrian

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aku bingung ama kcp bank ini...koreksi klo salah tapi hari ini kecewa...niat mau ganti kartu...sudah antri lama...ehh tinggal 2 org ni termasuk aku...tiba" security dtg blg "maaf krn puasa pertama jadi kami buka stgh hari"...harusnya kmu omong diawal donk klo buka stgh hari atau batasi jumlah customernya...kan yang ngambil nomor antrian juga security nya...minimal sisa 2 selesaikan dulu lah baru selanjutnya di stop....kami nunggu dr pagi lho....dari kalian belum datang...emang cuma xan yg puasa...sayangnya daerahku cuma satu sich...jd mau gmn lagi...

Tadi pagi jam 10 saya bikin pengaduan ttg tarik tunai tapi tidak keluar uangnya tapi saldo terdebit,kata customer service di minta tunggu 14 hari kerja... Alhamdulillah sore ini dari pihak Bank BTN sudah mengembalikan saldo yg terdebit
