Sy sdh migrasi BSI sukses lewat on line dan sdh dapat akses mobile banking nya tinggal urus kartu ATM dan buku tabungan gak di kasih nmr antrian. Trims BNI Syariah / BSI Cabang Tambun cakep dach pelayananmu..
 Already queued, not given a number on the grounds that there are already 25 people in line and avoiding crowds. I have successfully migrated BSI via online and have access to mobile banking, all I have to do is take care of my ATM card and savings book, I'm not given a queue number. Thank you BNI Syariah / BSI Tambun Branch for your beautiful service..

Mungkin bisa ada pengumuman antrian max berapa, atau diminta untuk ambil no tunggu dulu sebelum bank dibuka agar waktu menunggu tidak sia2, terima kasih

Maybe there can be an announcement of what the max queue is, or asked to take a waiting number before the bank opens so that the waiting time is not wasted, thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tujuan di gabung utk apa? Atm nya sangat jarang. Sy sdh migrasi dr bni syariah ke bsi syariah. Tapi sy cek saldo di atm bni dikenai biaya, tarik tunai dikenai biaya Rp 7.500.bebrp kali sy cek saldo, berkurang terus saldonya. Pdhal seblm migrasi semuanya gratis, cek saldo dan tarik tunai. Hati2menggunakan kata syariah, kalian semua akan dimintai pertanggungjawaban nya di akhirat nanti. Apakah tindakan kalian sdh syariah?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon SDM di bagian Customer Service dan Teller ditambah supaya antrian tidak terlalu parah. Saya datang ke Bank dari banknya belum buka, jam 11 lebih baru selesai urusan di bank. Tolong ditambah SDM nya. Jangan buang2 waktu kami. Kami juga punya keperluan penting di luar sana.
Please increase the HR in the Customer Service and Teller sections so that the queue is not too severe. I came to the bank from the bank it wasn't open yet, at 11 I just finished my business at the bank. Please add HR. Don't waste our time. We also have important needs out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telp mau ketemu marketing/bagian keuangan 2x kok ga bisa, udah nyambung trus katanya mau dismabungin disuruh tunggu, lama ditunggu trus e... dimatiin... Sebenarnya ada orangnya yg bertugas ga ya?
Calling to meet marketing/finance department 2x, how come it doesn't work, it's already connected and then it says that you want to connect, you are told to wait, wait a long time and then turn it off... Actually, is there someone on duty or not?
