Ntah dibuat buat apa gimana.
Untuk perubahan pin atm saja susahnya minta ampun.
Buku tabungan hilang suruh ada surat kehilangan. Giliran ada surat kehilangan suruh ke cabang lain. Memangnya bukan satu label. Nyesel bikin atm BNI.
 Weird service.
I don't know what to do.
It's hard to ask forgiveness for changing the atm pin.
The savings book is lost, there is a letter of loss. In turn, there is a letter that has lost and is ordered to another branch. It's not a label. I regret making a BNI ATM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan payah, tidak ramah, informasi banyak yang salah terkait waktu tutup selama pandemi. Jika mau berurusan atau ada keperluan dengan BNI jangan ke kantor cabang ini???
Poor service, unfriendly, a lot of wrong information regarding closing times during the pandemic. If you want to deal or have a need with BNI, don't go to this branch office

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yg buruk, saya benerin ATM untuk ganti ke chip katanya suruh nunggu sebulan, sebulan kemudian saya kembali dijawab masih proses , seminggu kemudian saya balik lagi blm selesai , trus menerus sudah 5x bolak balik, apa kah itu pelayanan? Sudah mau masuk 2bln! tolong tingkatkan pelayanan nya.
Bad service, I fixed the ATM to change to the chip, he said to wait a month, a month later I was answered that it was still in process, a week later I came back not finished yet, and then I kept going back and forth 5 times, what is that service? Already about to enter 2 months! please improve the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk transaksi di teller agak lama antrian nya tapi pelayanan dari satpam ramah sekali. Karena tidak ada tempat menunggu diluar jika datang siang cuaca panas dan cuman bisa menunggu di parkiran saja.
For transactions at the teller, the queue is a bit long but the service from the security guard is very friendly. Because there is no place to wait outside if the hot weather comes in the afternoon and you can only wait in the parking lot.

The service starts from 08.30 until 14.00
By the time I was there, the service was somehow start near 9.00 AM, which is not good due to their shorter service hours.
The good thing is, they already separate between the BLT and reguler customer for customer service lines (previously there were no separate lines between this, which makes customer who have issue cannot have their solution fixed ASAP),
but still, BNI could do way better, more efficient way to avoid unecessary lines should be prioritized by BNI in near coming future, don't create thus #Industry4.0 and #digitalbanking is kind of hashtag, you have to implement it in all your aspect, it's 2021 and you still expect people to take half day leave for a 15minutes issue???
