★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengajuan bpjs tk sangat bertele - tele, hari pertama sya kehabusan kuota, hari ke 2 sya disuruh balik dengan alasan alamat ktp sama kk berbeda, dan sya disuruh update alamat ktp keduckapil. Kalo gak, suruh bawa biodata kependudukan baru bisa. Hari ke 3 saya balik lagi bawa biodata kependudukan ditolak lagi dengan alasan biodata sya kurang lengkaplah. Pdahal stau sya smua biodata sama. Dan sya pun disuruh balik lagi. Akhirnya ktp sya sudah selesai diupdate diduckapil. Hari ke 4 sya kehabisan kuota lagi . Hari ke 5 sya dtang lagi masih gak di acc jga, dengan alasan data sya gada fotonya diduckapil. Dan disuruh bawa biodata kependudukan lagi katanya baru bisa, lah kemaren lu tolak dan skarang disuruh bawa lagi. maksudnya apa coba? Gue gak ngerti lagi, pdahal alamat ktp sama alamat kk gue udah sama sesuai permintaan. Sumpah udah kaya pengemis gue dan dikerjain abis - abisan ??? kecewa banget.

I don't understand anymore, even though my ID card address is the same as my address. I swear I was like a beggar and was tricked into a mess ??? I was very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mending cari cabang lain atau pilih bank lain aja. Mau ke CS dapet nomor anterian 4, posisi CS sedang melayani anterian nomor 3. Saya nunggu 15 menit tiba-tiba ada ibu ibu mau cek giro rekening perusahaan dan entah kenapa didahulukan. Akhirnya saya nunggu lagi 42 menit. Kalau emang nasabah perorangan seperti saya tidak penting mending kenapa gak bilang langsung aja.
Better to find another branch or just choose another bank. I want to go to CS to get queue number 4, CS position is serving queue number 3.
