Security nya ramah dan ngebantu , TAPI pelayanan dari cs nya kurang dan sangat kurang bnget gak sopan, bikin sakit hati cara ngejelasinnya, jawab pertanyaan saya ngegas , wajar kalo saya bertanya karna tidak tau ,tolong lebih di perhatikan lagi pelayanannya saya kecewa bngetttt sama pelayanannya !! Sampe saya hafalin nama cs nya !!
The security is friendly and helpful, BUT the service from the CS is lacking and very less impolite, it hurts how to explain it, answer my question firmly, it's natural if I ask because I don't know, please pay more attention to the service I am very disappointed with the service! ! Until I memorized the name of the CS !!

Proses CS mandiri sangat lelet. Masukan bagi petinggi Mandiri, apakah SOP di CS bisa dipersingkat sehingga proses menjadi cepat? Terimakasih utk personel CS yg bertugas hari ini (klo tidak salah ingat nama, pak E. Nasution) yg berusaha melayani dgn cepat, dan utk sekuriti (saya tidak ingat namanya) yg ramah dan membantu
The standalone CS process is very slow. Input for Mandiri officials, can the SOP in CS be shortened so that the process becomes faster? Thank you to the CS personnel on duty today (if you remember the name correctly, Mr. E. Nasution) who tried to serve quickly, and for security (I don't remember the name) who were friendly and helpful

pelayanan di bank mandiri sangat lama sekali, tidak seperti di bank B*A yang sangat cepat dan nyaman, bahkan petugas nya sampai jemput bola ke kursi nasabah menanyakan apa yang bisa di bantu.
the service at the independent bank is very long, unlike the B*A bank which is very fast and comfortable, even the officers pick up the ball to the customer's seat asking what can be helped.

pelayanan buruk sekali sudah antri panas2 giliran nmer antrian.. mlah di lewati 1 orng.. dtnggu sbar mlh asyk ngobrol cs ny.. mencoba bersbar.. setelah selesai ee dilewati lg 1orng... nomer antrian dibuat utuk apa bos... lelet...
very bad service, already in hot queues, it's the turn of the queue number.. even 1 person has passed.. wait patiently, it's fun to chat with cs ny.. trying to be patient.. after it's done, ee is skipped again by 1 person... the queue number is made for what boss... slow ...

Menahan saldo rekening nasabah tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu, padahal di perjanjian KTA dahulu tidak ada saldo tertahan. Alasannya karena kebijakan baru, seharusnya konfirmasi ke nasabah terlebih dahulu kalau ada kebijakan baru. Kemudian saldo yang tertahan pun tidak sesuai dengan cicilan per bulan walaupun beda Rp. 1.000,- itu berharga, mohon hargai nilai rupiah walaupun itu kecil Ibu Tuti. Update: Masalah sudah di tanganin dan sudah tidak ada saldo tertahan lagi. Thx mandiri.
Withholding customer account balances without prior notification, even though in the previous KTA agreement there was no retained balance. The reason is because of the new policy, should confirm to the customer first if there is a new policy. Then the retained balance is not in accordance with the monthly installments even though the difference is Rp. 1,000, - is valuable, please appreciate the value of the rupiah even though it is small Mrs. Tuti. Update: The problem has been handled and there is no longer a held balance. Thx independently.

bad service ever. memang beda bgt pelayanannya dibanding KC lain, khusunya BC*. Nunggu untuk nyairin pakai cek aja nggak ada dana nya dan harus konfirmasi dulu. Konfirmasinya pun lama sekali kayak ngga dilayanin padahal urgent bgt. Very very very bad experience ever. Malah tellernya jutek-jutek pula ngomongnya. Nggak lagi-lagi deh
bad service ever. the service is really different from other KC, especially BC*. Just waiting to stream using a check, there are no funds and you have to confirm first. The confirmation took a long time, as if there was no service even though it was very urgent. Very very very bad experience ever. In fact, the teller was squeamish when he spoke. Not again
