Buka tabungan di gading cepet bener, pake hp langsung terdaptar brimo nya ,yg lebih hebatnya yg ngelayanin security nya bukan cs nya, security perempuan nya saya lupa namanya, terimakasih mbak, security yg berkualiatas cara bicaranya yg lugas paham akan produk yg di jual oleh bri, dan waktu saya menanyakan perihal kur pun mbk nya juga produktif bisa menjelaskan dengan baik, so far kesan saya yg buruk terhadap bri hilang dengan pelayanan yg baik dari security bri gading serpong.

satpam tidak ramah.. ngomongnya ngegas.. kalau udah capek kerja mending pensiun aja..
the security guard is not friendly.. he talks loudly.. if you are tired of working, just retire..

Pelayanan cs sangat lama padahal hanya ganti buku tabungan dan kartu debit ??
The cs service is very long even though it only changes the passbook and debit card

Pelayanan nya bagus,, security-nya ramah dan bijak... Petugas CS dan taller juga ramah dan sigap...

Satpam jutek tidak sopan sama juga pengawainya....br kali ini asa satpam Bank tidak sopan ...kecewa..sptnya tidak cocok jd satpam lbh baik jd boss kalo bisa

Bri akhir2 ini rame terus ya, mau buka tabungan mikir2 mulu takut gk kuat antri, tapi alhamdulilah satpam cewek nya bantu lewa online, makasih banyak mbk yeni maaf ngerepotin, yang sabar ya mbak ngadepin nasabah2 ngeyelnya

Pengalaman kurang menyenangkan di BRI ini. 1. Security agak ngegas ya kalo ngasih tau nasabah. Kejadian kamis lalu mau benerin atm yg di blokir, eh securitynya malah bilang dengan nada nyolot atm harus udah diganti dengan chip dr taun sekian, ya mana sy tau makanya sy dateng ke bank. 2. Karyawan Customer service juga gak niat ngasih pelayanan, sy lagi ngomong malah dia ngomong sama karyawan lain. Coba tolong deh di training lg biar seenggaknya punya minimum standar pelayanan, malu dong sekelas BUMN. Sukur2 komplainan sy didengar.
Not a pleasant experience at this BRI. 1. Security is a bit gassy when you tell customers. What happened last Thursday was trying to fix the blocked atm, the security even said in a loud tone that the atm must have been replaced with a chip from so many years, how do I know that's why I came to the bank. 2. The customer service employee also has no intention of giving service, I'm still talking instead he talks to another employee. Please help with training again so that they have at least a minimum standard of service, shame on the class of SOEs. I've heard my complaints.

One of the teller did a very nice job today for us who are new in town and with all the processes. Her name is Yuni and help us with our PBB payment for 2011 to 2016 that took longer than expected but is seriously took our frustation due to other branch in the same area. She worked fast and efficient, altough it was long due to system connection issue, she managed to complete all then give us a call to pick them up them pay. This kind of work attitude that BRI needs to have on all their branches. Dear Yuni, thank you very much!!
