Sangat tidak puas dengan customer service dari bank ini. SEBAIKNYA PERUSAHAAN SEKELAS BUMN BISA LEBIH MELAKUKAN PENATARAN PERILAKU agar memiliki standar yang sama dengan Bank BUMN lainnya contohnya Bank Mandiri. Saya jadi bingung apakah ada SOP bagaimana cara memperlakukan atau berbicara yang lebih sopan, semisal senyum, SAPA, tata bahasa. Pelatihan jika perlu studi banding saja ke bank-bank lain. HRD harus lebih competent lagi memilih Individu-individu mana yang layak buat customer service. Semua REVIEW Negatif sebelum sebelumnya adalah benar adanya. Silahkan pihak atas BRI melakukan sidak jika ingin tahu seperti apa bentuk pelayanan bank cabang ini. TERIMA KASIH.
Very dissatisfied with customer service from this bank. SOE COURSE COMPANIES SHOULD BE MORE THAN BEING UPGRADED BEHAVIOR so that it has the same standards as other BUMN banks, for example Bank Mandiri. I am confused whether there are SOPs on how to treat or speak more politely, such as smiles, SAPA, grammar. Just train if you need to do comparative studies with other banks. HRD must be more competent to choose which individuals are eligible for customer service. All prior negative reviews are true. Please make a surprise if BRI wants to know what this branch bank service is like. THANKS.

Anti dari jam 13:20 sampe teller 14:55, ingin tarik tunai dari cek perusahaan. Hasilnya zonk, alasan server dan stempel tidak cocok, sebelumnya 2 hari yg lalu saya melakukan transaksi serupa di BRI lain seperti BRI kalideres & BRI TangCity bisa.. Kenapa di BRI unit kosambi ini aja yg ga bisa. Niat ingin menghemat waktu malah jadi kehabisan waktu.. mungkin apa saya baru liat teller nya dan sebelumnya bukan dia hmmm
Anti from 13:20 until teller 14:55, wanted to withdraw cash from the company's check. The result is zonk, the reason the server and stamp are incompatible, previously 2 days ago I made a similar transaction at another BRI such as BRI Kalideres & BRI TangCity .. Why is this in the kosambi unit BRI that can't. The intention to save time actually runs out of time ... maybe I just saw the teller and before that he was not hmmm

W gak tahu ini bank karyawannya terlalu santai atau bagaimana sumpah lamban bgt kerja nya... Ini bank negara orang suruh menunggu di luar tanpa di kasih tempat untuk duduk

bri gk dmana2 operasionalnya pasti ngirit bin pelit, tiap hari antrian pasti panjang tapi teller yg ada cuma 1 orng
bri isn't it operational where definitely economical it is stingy, every day the queue is definitely long but the teller is only 1 person

Tolong kinerja dimaksimalin lg,pelayanan paling penting ke customer lebih di tingkatin . CS cuma 1 teller cuma 1 biar ga terlalu kelamaan ngantrinya . Dari keseluruhan kurang memuaskan

Pelayanan tidak ramah, gak jelas. Jam 11.30 kita dateng ke tempat tapi katanya istirahat sampai jam 13.00 eh tapi kita dateng jam 13.10 katanya udah tutup.. dan teller nya ga ramah sama sekali, nada bicaranya tinggi terkesan membentak. Kecewa bgt. Tolong diperbaiki dong customer service nya buruk banget.
Unfriendly service, not clear. At 11.30 we came to the place but they said they took a break until 13.00 eh but we came at 13.10 and they said it was closed... and the teller wasn't friendly at all, the high-pitched voice seemed to yell. Very disappointed. Please fix, the customer service is really bad.

Petugas CS Kerja nya lama dan lambat, padahal di Bank nya ada branding Akhlak, Akhlak apanya pelayanan lambat begini, kesan nya melayani seperti main-main, tidak menghargai waktu orang, maka nya bank bumn tidak ada yang maju, hanya menyedot anggaran negara saja, tidak seperti bank swasta ramah, tanggap dan respon nya cepat
CS officers work long and slow, even though there is a moral branding in the bank, what kind of morality is this slow service, the impression is that serving is like playing games, doesn't respect people's time, so state-owned banks are not progressing, only sucking up the state budget, not like a friendly private bank, responsive and fast response
