★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KCP BCA Kosambi Baru selalu ramai. Kalo mau ke sini untuk ke Customer Service, sebaiknya datang sebelum jam 8 pagi. Karena 10 menit sebelum jam 8 sudah banyak yang antri meski belum buka banknya. Layanan bank baru dibuka pukul 08.15 WIB. Untungnya jumlah CSO banyak, ada 6 CSO yang siap melayani dengan ramah. Kebetulan saya dilayani CSO yg baru bekerja 2 bulan, dan didampingi Kepala Cabangnya (ditawari asuransi AIA pula, hehe). Pengalaman pertama ke KCP ini, dan kesan pertama sangat baik memuaskan. Semoga tetap dijaga prestasinya.
KCP BCA Kosambi Baru is always busy. If you want to come here for Customer Service, you should come before 8 in the morning. Because 10 minutes before 8 o'clock, many were queuing up even though the bank hadn't opened yet. New bank services open at 08.15 WIB. Fortunately there are a lot of CSOs, there are 6 CSOs who are ready to serve in a friendly manner. Incidentally, I was served by a CSO who had only worked for 2 months, and was accompanied by the Head of the Branch (offered AIA insurance too, hehe). This first experience to KCP, and very good first impressions was satisfying. Hopefully the achievements will be maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan CSO nya bagus,...profesional, tanggap dan jelas, tapi jumlah antriannya super panjang,.... CSO terlalu lama sekali untuk proses per nasabahnya, dimana sebaiknya diberi batas waktu bagi CSO dalam melayani per-nasabahnya agar waktu tunggu tidak panjang. Apalagi jumlah space tersedia tidak bisa mengakomodir jumlah nasabah yang antri.
Semoga hal ini bisa ditemukan solusinya.
The CSO service is good, ... professional, responsive and clear, but the number of queues is super long, .... CSO is too long to process per customer, which should be given a time limit for CSOs to serve per-customer so that waiting time is not long . Moreover, the amount of available space cannot accommodate the number of customers who are queuing up.
Hopefully this solution can be found.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karena adanya PPKM saran sih datangnya harus pagi, karena banyaknya costumers, untuk pelayanan menurut saya bagus.
Because of the PPKM, the suggestion is that you have to come in the morning, because there are so many costumers, I think the service is good.
