★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time cobain kesini dengan perut lapar sama suami, expect mereka offer product yg oke dan ternyata hanya sisa SAYAP aja 2 potong dong.. Saya tanya ada ikan, empal atau yg lainnya ngga? Mba nya cuma bilang "NGGA ADA" ya ngapain lo masih buka di jam 17.32 dong? Pas saya tanya harga dia kebingungan dan malah kasih harga sama dengan dada atau paha normal yg size nya lebih besar! Mau naik haji boss? Giliran ada gojek dateng malah mba satu lagi bilang ada ayam nya tapi nunggu beberapa saat. Lah kenapa gue ngga diinfo juga dari awal??? Mau ngabisin product pagi??? NGGA REKOMEN BUAT YG MAU COBA COBA MAKAN GEPREK DEH!

When I asked for the price he was confused and instead gave him the same price as a normal chest or thigh which is bigger in size! Want to go on the boss's haj? It was the turn for a gojek to come, instead, another one said there was chicken but waited a while. Why wasn't I informed from the start ??? Want to finish your morning product ??? NO RECOMMENDATIONS FOR YOU WANT TO TRY EATING GEPREK DEH!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gini hari harga ayam geprek 13rb... Ga boong tanpa nasi ayam geprek 13rb murah bingit, sambalnya pedes nagih sayang bungkus jdi ga bisa minta lagi.... Recomended banget deh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Harga Di Banner + Menu TIDAK sesuai struk. Mohon cabang pusat menghimbau/mengecek. Kemungkinan Outlet ini Korup menaikkan harga sendiri. Berikut saya cantumkan foto struk, di cabang Kosambi, beserta karyawan nya yg bilang harga sudah naik. Saya sudah makan disini dan cabang lainya lebih dari 5 tahun, dan belum pernah saya di charge Rp.19.000 makan ditempat / bungkus datang sendiri walk in. Bukan melalui Gojek/Grab.
2. Tidak prokes sama sekali, ada 3 karyawan disitu situasi Covid, tidak masker cuma di dagu aja lewat2 ngobrol dll.
3. Tidak membersihkan meja sama sekali, lengket dan ketika tamu datangpun, ga ada tindakan. Bodo amat, lap sendiri. Di meja2 tamu banyak box2 yang sedang dilipat dan potongan2 bawang/timun/kol yang TIDAK di singkirkan ketika tamu datang, sibuk merokok sambil menggeprek dan bawa nasi dari dalam.
4. Tolong siapkan cctv/manager karena tidak semua bisa saya rekam dan banyak sekali kekacauan. Banyak hal2 seperti marut keju tanpa sarung tangan lah, nge CAS sambel per porsi yang saya ga tau itu sebenernya boleh apa tidak. Kalian mesti pantau deh lihat sekotor apa mejanya, yang udh di lap 10 kali masi kotor
1. Prices on the Banner + Menu DO NOT match the receipt. Please ask/check the central branch. The possibility of this Corrupt Outlet raising its own prices. Here I am attaching a photo of the receipt, at the Kosambi branch, along with the employee who said the price had gone up. I've eaten here and other branches for more than 5 years, and I've never been charged Rp. 19,000 to eat in / take a walk in. Not via Gojek/Grab.
2. There is no progress at all, there are 3 employees there with the Covid situation, no masks, just on the chin, chatting, etc.
3. Not cleaning the table at all, sticky and when guests come, there is no action. Very stupid, wipe yourself. On the guest tables there are many boxes that are being folded and pieces of onion/cucumber/cabbage that are NOT removed when guests come, busy smoking while pounding and bringing rice from inside.
4. Please prepare a cctv/manager because I can't record everything and there's a lot of confusion. There are a lot of things like grated cheese without gloves, CAS sambal per serving which I don't know is actually okay or not. You have to watch and see how dirty the table is, the one that has been wiped 10 times is still dirty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari segi apapun ga ada plus plus nya sih, dari mulai order, semua pelayan ngga ada yg pakai masker, ramah juga ngga. Pas udh coba rasanya pun biasa aja. Ayam masih merah dan ada darah nya. Ngerasa rugi aja sih beli disini

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baca ulasan hampir sama kyk yg saya alami, suami pesan paket geprek 2, ditanya lagi ayamnya apa dijawab ya sembarang aja sesuai paket kan maksudnya, eh trs ditawarin dada kirain suami ya msk paket kan kita dijwb iya. Nanya minum dianterin apa ngambil sdr, dijawab nya mlh es teh nya tawar ya karena paket. Pas bayar ditanya pesen apa saya bilang paket 2, eh yg di kasir tanya yg nyiapin td ayamnya apa minumnya apa. Trs diksh harga bukan paket. Hlah napa dr td g lgs bilang aja uda g ada paket. Ngerasa krg ramah pelayanannya.
Read the reviews, almost the same as what I experienced, my husband ordered the geprek package 2, asked again what the chicken was, what was the answer, just any according to the package, right? Asked if the drink was delivered or picked up, the answer was that the iced tea was tasteless, because it was a package. When I paid, I was asked if I ordered, I said package 2, the one at the cashier asked who prepared the chicken or what to drink. Thanks, the price is not a package. Hlah why dr td g lgs just say there is no package. Feels like the service is friendly.
