Masa gak bisa transfer ke Bank lain.. Satpamnya tidak ramah, tidak sopan. Masa pas bilang gk bisa, kertas Slip Penyetoran di sobek di depan customernya.. tindakan tidak sopan sama sekali
How come I can't transfer to another bank .. The security guard is not friendly, not polite. The right time says I can't, the Deposit Slip paper is torn in front of the customer ... it's not polite at all

Tdk bisa pembuatan atm yg hilang ,sedangkan cabang Kcp Roxy penuh, hanya bisa 30 antrian saja

Pelayanan customer servis terburuk yang pernah ada.. Lambat, lemot, cuek pelayanan.. masa ditinggal ngobrol dulu :( Dan satu lagi BRImobile itu paling mudah terblokir dibandingkan yg lain. Waktu sy habis cuma Ngurusin yg dikit2 terblokir.. Sangat merepotkan! Langsung penggajian sy pindah ke bank lain
Worst customer service ever.. Slow, slow, indifferent service.. when left to chat first :( And one more thing, BRImobile is the easiest to block compared to others. My time is up just taking care of what is a little blocked.. Very troublesome! I immediately moved my payroll to another bank
