★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Syukur deh akhirnya bisa jg bikin rekening baru,Pelayanan Satpam dan Cs nya ramah,memang untuk antrian saat ini di Bank BRI dibatasi,soalnya sy sdh mencoba diBank BRI lainnya ternyata sama untuk antrian Cs dibatasi.
 Thankfully, I was finally able to create a new account. The security guard and CS services are friendly. Indeed, the current queue at BRI Bank is limited, because I have tried other BRI Banks, it turns out that the Cs queue is limited.

Pelayanan cukup bagus dan informatif sekali dari security yang bertugas.
Namun bagi nasabah perlu diingat, antrian sangat terbatas dalam PPKM ini. Dan mungkin tidak cocok bagi anda yg sedang terburu-buru karena terbatasnya kuota antrian per hari.
Sebelahnya ada minimarket buat Anda yg kelamaan nunggu antrian di Jababeka yg super panas cuacanya.
Located in Jababeka, there is a horse statue and a row of shop houses.
The service is quite good and very informative from the security on duty.
However, customers need to remember that the queue is very limited in this PPKM. And maybe not suitable for those of you who are in a hurry because of the limited quota of queues per day.
Next to it there is a mini market for those of you who have been waiting in line for a long time at Jababeka which is super hot in weather.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat lama. Nomer antrian berebut dateng lebih awal dapet antrianya udah di atas 15. Seharusnua bank buka jam 8 antrian udah bisa di ambil sebelum jam 8.
Mohon untuk di perbaiki supaya pelayananya semakin bagus
Very long service. Queue numbers scramble to arrive early, the queue is already above 15. Banks should open at 8 am, the queue can be picked up before 8 am.
Please fix it so that the service gets better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya merasa sangat dipersulit ketika buka tabungan di BRI. Saya sudah mendaftar BRI digital.Kemudian saya transfer secara on line dari Bank lain untuk mendapatkan no. Rek BRI. Tapi untuk mengambil buku tabungan harus mulai dari awal lagi atau disuruh mengisi formulir lagi.. Proses pengambilan formulir harus menunggu antri yg sangat panjang. Saya antri selama 3 jam... Saya sangat kecewa dg BRI yang tidak ada empati dengan para nasabah.
I find it very difficult to open a savings account at BRI. I have registered for BRI digital. Then I transferred online from another bank to get the number. BRI account. But to take the savings book, you have to start all over again or be asked to fill out the form again. The process of taking the form has to wait in a very long queue. I queued for 3 hours... I am very disappointed with BRI which has no empathy for its customers.
