β β β β β Pelayanan lama banget. Padahal ga terlalu antri. Cuma 2 orang kayanya nunggu dr jam 11.00 sampe jam 12.43 blm dipanggil juga. Kalo memang mereka istirahat harusnya kasih tau aja. Ini mah mana kita suruh nunggu diluar. Parah banget pokonya ga nyaman. Padahal mau nabung

β β β β β Not recommended, saya bukan nasabah BRI, kesini mau ambil sisa tilang karena BRI ini yang paling dekat dari kantor saya. Sekitar jam setengah tiga saya datang, security meminta saya langsung ke atas, saya tahu prosedur harusnya ke customer service dulu, pada faktanya customer service di lobby tidak ada, di lantai teller juga gak ada, padahal masih jam kerja, saya menuju antrian teller, hanya ada satu orang didepan saya namun lamanya minta ampun padahal dia cuma transfer dan cetak buku tabungan, itu si teller benar-benar sambil ngobrol dan mereka wasting time dengan ngobrol gak jelas dengan sesama teller dan mungkin salah satunya customer service. Dan setelah giliran saya saya langsung disuruh pulang dan teller mengatakan bahwa pengambilan sisa tilang hanya sampai jam 11.00, what? Mereka makan gaji buta? Masa setelah jam 11.00 tidak bisa diambil? Padahal jelas pelayanan kas sampai dengan jam 15.00, Dari jam satu ke jam tiga mereka santai gitu? Kayaknya cuma di BRI sini karena letaknya di ruko terpencil jadi mereka bisa leha-leha. Tolong di review lagi cabang ini.

Around half past three I arrived, security asked me to go straight upstairs, I knew the procedure should go to customer service first, in fact there is no customer service in the lobby, there is also no teller floor, even though it is still working hours, I go to the teller queue, only There was one person in front of me but it took me for a long time to ask for forgiveness even though he only transferred and printed a passbook, the teller was really chatting and they were wasting time chatting incoherently with fellow tellers and maybe one of them was customer service. And after my turn I was immediately told to go home and the teller said that the remaining ticket was only collected until 11.00, what? They eat blind wages? The period after 11.00 cannot be taken? Even though it is clear that cash service is up to 15.00, from one to three o'clock they are relaxed? I think BRI is only here because it is located in a remote shophouse so they can relax. Please review this branch again.

β β β β β Tempat yg pas buat ngadem dicuaca cikarang yg luarbiasa panass. Hehe.
Security ramah dan teller yg ramah juga. Lumayan sepi untuk sekelas BRI. Tingkatkan pelayanan, jangan biarkan ketika sepi pelayanan menjadi tidak professional.
The perfect place to hang out in the extremely hot weather. Hehe.
Friendly security and friendly teller as well. Quite quiet for a BRI class. Improve service, don't let service become unprofessional when it's quiet.
