Udah 2x saya ngambil gak pernah telat terkadang angsuran terakhir saya bayar lebih terus tapi kenapa saya detik ini mau perpanjang tidak bisa sebelum pelunasan kita komunikasi sama pihak pegawai bank kita mau perpanjang bank atau mau mengajukan kembali tapi pihak bank berkata tidak bisa harus pelunasan dlu.kan sisa 2 bulan lagi setelah pelunasan baru bisa mengajukan kembali.saya berkata oh iya pak setelah saya pelunasan dan sampai selesai saya menunggu dari phak bank tgl 26 26 bulan 11 2021 saya mau berkas tadi nya karna terlalu lama setelah menunggu sampai awal bulan 2022 ini pihak bank berkata katanya situ mau ambil berkas iya pak itu kan kmren setelah pelunasan karna pegawai bank berkata awal bulan saya tunggu sampai awal bulan pas saya tanya lagi bagaimana pak bisa gak katanya mau ambil yaudah katanya saya sedikit kesal disitu yaudah pak besok gua ambil berkasnya kata saya
