There are 2 ATMs in the afternoon when parking is difficult due to the narrow parking lot.

The teller was not at all friendly .. 2x I went there every time someone was asked the answer was curt ... Still good, sir, the security guard is friendly, polite.
Jd lazy to go to the BRI bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kecewa dan sangat tidak puas dengan pelayanan satpam bri unit koja ini. Saya datang untuk urus atm bukannya dilayanin dengan baik. Satpam malah marah2 bilang jangan ribet dsb. Itu satpam tugasnya aoa kalau kita konsumen tidak dilayanin. Satpam ini harus sadar diri kalau berbicara jangan asal ngoceh2 ga jelas????
I am disappointed and very dissatisfied with the service of this Koja unit's bri security guard. I came to take care of ATM instead of being served well. The security guard even got angry saying not to be complicated etc. That's the security guard's job if we are not served consumers. This security guard must be self-aware when talking, don't just babble incoherently????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costumer service nya lelet kerjanya, tidak ramah pelayanan nya sangat buruk! . Berhari2 datang cuman buat buka rekening hasilnya Nihil terus! Cuma bkin orang2 nunggu doang.
The customer service is slow, the service is not friendly, the service is very bad! . Days come just to open an account, the result is still nil! Just make people wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knapa gak ada ATM untuk setor tunai karna sangat membantu di saat counter teller ramai.
Why is there no ATM to deposit cash because it is very helpful when the teller counter is crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security was so rude to me. I'd like to convert my card to the chipped one. I came at 8 AM to get the queue number 15. Then the security told me that i can leave my queue and come back again at 1 PM. After i came back at 1 PM, i asked him again, but then he said "Duh gatau ya masih bisa atau nggak" then he left me without any single words! Was a bad experience with BRI. Will be withdraw all of my money and close the bank account soon!!
