Pelayanannya tidak ramah, karyawan wanitanya sangat tidak berattitude padahal ortu saya sudah nanya baik baik tapi dijawab malah jutek dan ngegas gasopan sekali sama orang tua. JANGAN PERNAH ADA YANG MAU KE BANK DKI INI SANGAT JUTEK, NGEGAS, NGOMONG DENGAN NADA KENCENG MENDING KE BANK LAIN!!! Seperti tidak di training sebelumnya. ?
The service is not friendly, the female employees are very disrespectful even though my parents have asked nicely but the answers are even rude and gassy with parents. NEVER ANYBODY WANT TO GO TO BANK DKI THIS IS VERY JUTEK, RUSH, TALKING WITH A HIGH TONES, GET TO ANOTHER BANK!!! Like not in previous training. ️

Pelayanan Bank DKI Cabang Cilincing sangat mengecewakan, dari kasir hingga costumer servis tidak ramah, selalu bilang ga bisa saat transaksi.

Management antrian buruk, Alih alih menghindari kerumunan, tapi pada akhirnya tidak efektif. Karena hanya buku yg diambil masuk ke dalam, nasabah dibiarkan berkerumun di luar area. Ditambah lagi pegawai bank, dan kepala cabang tidak ramah melayani nasabah. Semoga ada teguran dari kantor pusat agar segera diperbaiki management, kalau perlu pegawai nya.

Waw Pegawainya TIDAK RAMAH SEKALI!!! Bukan hanya penerima bantuan yang menggunakan Bank DKI untuk alat transaksi, meskipun penerima bantuan ya harusnya dilayani dengan baik donggg, PEGAWAI PEREMPUAN TIDAK MEMILIKI ETIKA cetus banget kaya ga pernah makan seharian, kapok aja pokoknya langsung hari itu cabut semua tabungan dari Bank DKI, fix kapok kapokkk
