The CS is really slow, for m banking you get number 7 waiting from 8 am to be called at 1 pm, that's number 7, how about number 20 or 30

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunggu 3 antrian sampe 2 jam lebih sampe kepotong waktu istirahat, nganter orang tua buat buka rekening, biar bisa Tf ke ortu., Eh malah dpt pelayanan gini petugas buat pembukaan buku rekening hanya 1 orang abis itu bolak balik ke atas , seperti handle 2 tempat,. 1 aja susah ini suruh dua,. rekomendasi nya mending ke Unit Semplak lebih Gercep,. Maaf saya hanya pelanggan ini ditulis secara objektif, semoga kinerja semakin membaik
Waited 3 queues for more than 2 hours until the break time was cut off, took my parents to open an account, so I could Tf to my parents., Eh, I actually got this service, the officer opened an account book, only 1 person, then it goes back and forth, like handles 2 places ,. 1, it's hard to tell two. His recommendation is to go to the Semplak Unit, it's faster. Sorry, I'm just a customer, this is written objectively, hopefully the performance will get better
