★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antrian kalo siang pasti habis dibatasi. Dateng jam 8 pas kantor buka juga antrian nomer belasan. Nunggu sampe jam 11 belum dipanggil juga ternyata system error di cs. Menang nama aja BNI pelayanan bad banget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agar ditambah lagi kantor unit cabangnya dibojonggede. Kalau begini setiap hari sampe kapan pun gak bisa selesai urusan maupun yg lainnya. Selalu antrian yg rame Dtg pagi yg tetap aja begini terus.. Apa sistem atau karyawannya yg lelet ya? Meja ada 3 dan petugasnya juga 3. Cs nya cuma 1 yg 2 ngapain ya?
In order to add more branch offices in Bojonggede. If this is every day until whenever I can't finish my business or anything else. Always a busy queue. It's always like this.. What is the slow system or employees? There are 3 tables and the staff is also 3. The cs is only 1, what do you do with 2?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganti atm anak dari bulan November di kertas nya pengambilan tgl 18 Desember sampai sekarang bulan Januari blm ada ada,,dan gk ada kepastian adanya kapan???

Hanya saja Untuk antrian ke CS harus menunggu diluar dikarenakan kursi didalam full tapi harusnya disediakan tempat duduk di luar supanya nyaman menunggu antrian.
Security is friendly, polite, communicative and informative.
It's just that for the queue to CS, you have to wait outside because the seats inside are full but seats should be provided outside so it's comfortable waiting for the queue.
