★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dalam melakukan PHK tidak boleh sembarangan karena ada prosedur yang harus dipatuhi oleh perusahaan. Proses PHK juga harus berdasarkan etika dan juga dilakukan dengan komunikasi dua arah. Setidaknya ada 5 tahapan prosedur yang harus dilalui oleh perusahaan dalam melakukan PHK.
