★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jangan ke sini hari senin. Antreeee gilak. Pelayanan oke, lumayan cepet juga. Kalo cuma transfer-transfer mah bisa langsung lewat petugas atau satpam yang biasanya bisa bantu. ATM sering antre, karena cuma ada satu unit ATM. Kebersihan lumayan
Don't come here Monday. Antreeee is crazy. Service is okay, pretty fast too. If only transfers can be directly through officers or security who can usually help. ATMs are often queued, because there is only one ATM unit. Cleanliness is OK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aneh di BRI unit batur ini,, barkas2 milik saya di cari2 sudah berhari2 tidak ketemu, bagian CSnya tidak disiplin, apakah bisa hilang / mungkin lupa naruhnya admin CSnya,, & saya jadi merugi karna jadi terlambat proses pemberkasan & banyak peluang bisnis saya yang hilang karna batas waktu saya tidak bisa ikut tnder,. Mohon di perhatika admin bagian CSnya untuk disiplin dalam mnyimpan berkas2 nsabahnya, & jujur saya kcewa .
It's weird at BRI unit Batur,, I've been looking for my files for days and can't find them, the CS section is undisciplined, can it be lost / maybe I forgot to put the CS admin, & I lost money because I was late in the filing process & many of my business opportunities were lost because of the time limit i can't join tnder,. Please pay attention to the CS section admin for discipline in storing customer files, & honestly I'm disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk pelayanan Teller sudah selayaknya, saran untuk diberlakukan nomor antrian seperti kantor pusat/ cabang BRI wilayah semarang agar tidak menumpukan berkas nasabah sebagai nomor antrian untuk mencegah kehilangan berkas dan agar lebih tertib dalam hal antrian, terimaksih
For Teller services it is appropriate, suggestions for applying queue numbers such as the BRI head office/branch in Semarang area so as not to accumulate customer files as queue numbers to prevent file loss and to be more orderly in terms of queuing, thank you
