The security guard is not friendly at all, then also a bit unclear. It is unfortunate to ask for a queue card, even in a lengthy interview as if we customers are considered to know nothing!

There's only one cs, the queue is not taken in sequence, but the fight is waiting for the security guard who doesn't share it from the machine directly
