★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Payah Sekali, Buka Jam 8 sampe jam 13. saya datang jam 8 lebih sepuluh menit antrian sudah penuh, bank sudah tidak bisa melayani customer lagi, padahal hanya lebih 10 menit. saya pergi ke kabupaten sama aja udah penuh, mungkin Kantor dan CS BRI perlu di tingkatkan lagi. sehingga tidak terjadi hal seperti ini.
It's really bad, it's open from 8 to 13. I arrived at 8 more than ten minutes, the queue was full, the bank couldn't serve customers anymore, even though it was only more than 10 minutes. I went to the same district and it was already full, maybe the BRI Office and CS needed to be upgraded again. so nothing like this happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat payah,mau pinjam dengan persyaratan ini itu dh di penuhi sampe riwa riwi ambil kekurangan persyaratan,katanya mau di survey suruh tunggu kurang lebih 1 minggu sampe 1 bulan ndak di surve,di tanyakan lagi suruh nunggu lagi,sampe 2 bulan ndak kunjung di survey juga,,belum antri di tempat yg sangat lama ber jam2
