Tidak memberikan solusi, harus ditanya dulu perlu menyiapkan dokumen apa baru si mba nya ngasih tau harus siapin dokumen2 apa. Untung ditanya dulu, kalau ga ditanya, bakal bolak balik disuruh lengkapi dokumen ini, bawa dokumen itu dll dll. ***** untuk BRI, * untuk si mba CS.
