CS only has 1 so it's too long to wait, limited seating but the room is cool / cold

CS queuing is not provided when customers come to CS, everything is set by the security guard so that waiting time is not read long in the queue system.

Illegal parking attendants force me to ask for money even though I don't have the money, there is no understanding, please make the authorities deal with illegal parking. This is really coercive thuggery and not a blessing
