★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 jam sy tgu ga di panggil2 CS , nomor sy kelewat karna sy hrs plg bawa ank untk buka rek PIP, padahal kondisi sepi yg di panggil nomor lanjut terus, kalau sudah tdk ada nasabah tolong yg kelewat bawa ank di dahulukan dlu , sy mau ambil nomor baru tdk bisa tgu di panggil, tp malah begini , gmn si pelayanannya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terakhir 5 tahun lalu kesini buat bikin ATM dan 5 tahun kemudian kembali lagi kesini untuk bikin kartu ATM baru. Banyak sudah perubahan yg terlihat, tapi satu yg kurang; pelayanan customer servicenya harus lebih ramah lagi ya. Terima kasih.
Last 5 years ago I came here to make an ATM and 5 years later came back here to make a new ATM card. Many changes have been seen, but one is lacking; the customer service should be more friendly. Thank you.
