★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong dong kebijakan CS diperbaiki jikalau ada nasabah yg mengurus lebih dari berkas rekening disuruh mundur terakhir aja. Masa dari jam 11 nunggu baru beranjak 5 orang, saat ini B 067, sedangkan nomer antrian saya 107 (saat ini pukul 13.41). The worst bank service ever. 3 Loket, 2 operasional, hanya 1 yg normal, 1 lagi hanya untuk nasabah yg mengurus banyak buku rekening. Dengan kondisi seperti ini mending pake Bank swasta lah jelas, pelayanan offline ataupun online via mobile app bisa cepat, Memalukan!
Saat ini pukul 15.08, saya yang nomer antrian B107 disuruh menunggu sedangkan ibu-ibu disamping saya yg nomer b113 didahulukan tanpa harus ke meja cs untuk masalah yg sama mengurus atm baru. Luar biasa KC BRI Ciledug ini.
 Please revise the CS policy if there are customers who take care of more than account files, they are asked to withdraw last. From 11 o'clock, the waiting time has just turned 5, currently it is B 067, while my queue number is 107 (currently 13.41). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terlepas dari ratingnya yg jelek, saya dapet pelayanan bagus hari ini.
Urusannya mau cetak atm, udah bikin rekening online, dan mau laporan tarik tunai tanpa kartunya gagal, saldo kepotong tapi uang ga keluar.
Securitynya helpful, namanya pak Mada, awalnya antrian udah abis, dibantu lewat telpon kantor buat telpon call center, ternyata harus lapor ke customer service di kantor, akhirnya dikasih nomor antrian walopun paling akhir.
Customer servicenya ramah, namanya mbak Anisa, pertama sekalian diurusin pembuatan atm, terus coba dicek bikin laporan, eh disuruh telpon call center lagi. Ditelponin pake hape pribadi mbaknya, telepon kantornya lagi gak bisa. Sampe pulsanya abis dan nelpon 3 kali. Akhirnya bisa.
