The service is impolite! I have been waiting for 2 hours for the service castamer to ignore the disgusting name. Devi is already old speaking.

CS bank service is the longest .... What I have ever experienced, there is no need for Covid reasons, it seems that the employees are not as professional as other banks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman terburuk, sy ga permasalahin untuk kembaliannya karna hanya seribu, tp pelayanan oleh Teller devi yg sangat jutek kalau tidak ada bilangnya secara sopan santun dan senyum kan enak, ga kaya tadi jutek.
Worst experience, I'm not concerned about the change because it's only a thousand, but the service by Teller Devi is very dirty if you don't say it politely and smiles right, it's not rich.

Semoga kepala cabang, divisi HR dan BRI pusat dapat melakukan evaluasi dan tindakan.

Kalau memang harus ada pergantian kartu,, Di persiapkan dong.... Jadi gak bikin nasabah nyesek..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong cs nya di tambah jangan 1 orang aja. Walaupun dibatasi tapi kalo csnya cuma 1 sama aja bikin ngantrinya lama! Orang jadi males ganti kartu kalo antriannya lama bgt. Ini aja saya belom di panggil" kesel bgt. Kalah sama bank sebelah yg csnya banyak no 32 juga berasa paling awal. Antrinya sampe 3 jam padahal ngurusnya cepet yg bikin lama karena cs nya 1. Karyawannya udah istirahat tapi customernya nungguin kelamaaan. Saya sampe kumat asam lambungnya gara" telat makan cuma nunggu antrian doang!
Please add cs, not just 1 person. Even though it's limited, but if the cs is only 1, it's the same as making the queue long! People are lazy to change cards if the queue is really long. I just haven't been called, I'm really annoyed. Losing to the next bank with a lot of cs number 32 also feels the earliest. The queue is up to 3 hours even though it's taking care of it fast which makes it long because the cs is 1. The employees have taken a break but the customers are waiting for a long time. I got sick stomach acid due to late eating just waiting in line!
