Cs kok ga ada lembut2nya ya..apa ga di training tentang service ?
 I called Bri Ciledug branch.
CS simply answered "just search on google sir"
Cs, how come there is no softness ... why not training about service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di sini ada penjual Bakso Gepeng yang seger banget. Satu porsi hanya Rp. 13.000 ,cukup terjangkau. Bakso ini berjualan di antara bank². lebih tepat nya di antara BANK BRI dan Bank BNI. Tempat nya yg kecil. Tapi kalau udah jam makan siang. Ini bakso kadang suka ngantri. Lokasi dekat dengan GIANT ciledug. Kalau arah dari Kampus budi luhur, posisi nya lurus terus dan ada di sebelah kiri anda. Buka pagi sampai sore aja. Berjualan dengan gerobak yang emg selalu mangkal di sana. Soal rasa di jamin enak dan puas. Orang² selalu bungkus sehabis makan.

The place is small. But if it's lunch time. These meatballs sometimes like to hangover. The location is close to GIANT Ciledug. If the direction from the campus is noble, the position is straight and on your left. Open morning to evening only. Selling with a cart that is always there. The taste is guaranteed good and satisfied. People always pack after meals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank plat Merah tapi pelayanan tidak plat ramah. Sistem sering offline, customer service kurang memahami pekerjaan. Yang paling parah, marketing pinjaman kredit nya. Malas malas, mungkin karena sudah cair bonusnya. Jadi buat apa merespon lagi krediturnya.
Red plate bank but service is not plate friendly. The system is often offline, customer service does not understand the work. Worst of all, the credit loan marketing. Lazy to be lazy, maybe because the bonus has been disbursed. So why respond again to the creditors.

Tapi untuk sistem entah dari koneksi inet atau memang dr main servernya, proses tll lama. Saya etimasi /kepala dlm buat rekening bisa ±30menit.
Dan sy salah satu yg apes harus bolak balik ngurus rekening karna sistem tiba² offline.
Datang jam 9:30, antri ±1.5jam.
ATM sudah tercetak, buku rekening sudah ada.
Tp gatau kenapa dibilang "besok dtg lagi ya pak, karna ATMnya blm bisa digunakan, sistem kami offline" ??♂️??♂️??♂️
Tolong untuk sistem diperbaiki agar pelayanan bisa lebih cepat.
Kasihan banyak orang tua yang kelamaan nunggu.
For good service, CS is friendly.
But for systems whether from an internet connection or indeed from the main server, the tll process takes a long time. I estimate / head in creating an account it can take ± 30 minutes.
And I'm one of the unfortunate ones who have to go back and forth to manage accounts because the system suddenly goes offline.
Come at 9:30, queue for ± 1.5 hours.
ATMs are printed, account books already exist.
But I don't know why it says "tomorrow again, sir, because the ATM can't be used, our system is offline" ??♂️??♂️??♂️
Please repair the system so that service can be faster.
Pity the many parents who waited too long.
