Pelayanan parah. Sangat buruk. Security seolah olahtidak mau tau. Dan tidak ingin melayani nasabah dengan baik. Atm saya ke telan mesin. Saya minta bantuan menghampiri security nya tapi dicuekin gtu aja di balik pintu. Sampai saya teriak pun security hanya memberi isyarat menolak dengan tangan. Maksudnya apa coba. Sangat tidak mengindahkan sekali

Saya sudah yang ketiga kalinya datang ke tempat tsb tepatnya ke CS nya , menurut saya seandainya pihak BRI punya planning yang baik pasti tidak akan terjadi customer sampai berkali kali datang ,yang ketiga kalinya baru dapat itupun harus datang jam 3 pagi padahal nasabah yang membuat bank tsb bisa tumbuh , bisa mendapatkan keuntungan ,bisa menggaji karyawan serta para direkturnya

Pelayanan sangat sangat buruk satpam nya pun sangatt buruk , cuma pengen cairin bsu doang juga susah banget harus datang sampe berkali" , mau kita dateng dari subuh pun susah banget buat dapet antrian nya , apa emang sekarang pelayanan bank seperti itu , padahal jam operasional bank kan pasti sampe 15.00 masa cuma di batesin 5 doang pelayanan nya lelet!!! Apa mentang" dana pemerintah BSU , sampe harus di persulit pdahal kita juga bayar pajak dll , kecewa banget !

JauhΒ² datang ke CS mau daftar internet banking, pas datang di suruh daftar sendiri,, kalau saya bisa sendiri gak bakal saya datang ke CS nya

Pelayanan security nya sangat buruk,omongan nya tidak bisa di pegang berubah ubah,empat kali bulak balik ga dapet solusi malah suruh bulak balik doang.

Sangat buruk.berkali" datang kata nya ke habisan no antri harus pake no antrimsekali nya datang lebih pagi lg kata securty ga usah pake no antri klau hnya rubah nama. Udah lama nunggu malah ga bisa.setau saya kalau hanya ganti nama bisa di urus langsung ga perlu konfirmasi ke pusat karna disitu tempat pertama bikin awal nya

Hati2 dengan nomor hp +62 819-5884-3939 yang ada yg diatas menyatu dengan alamat, itu ada kemungkinan no penipuan, dikarenakan ketika saya mau konfirmasi terkait pembukaan rekening melalui WA, dia nanya Mbanking yg lain, katanya untuk persyaratannya, kemudian di kasih link yg modelnya mirip dengan hal login Mbanking saya, minta akun, pasword dan tgl lahir. Buat temen2 tolong berhati2 dgn no tsb, mungkin saja itu bukan no CS yg sebenarnya. Sementara nomor ini sedang di telusury oleh tim cyber. Terima kasih semoga bermanfaat
