The service is long, the staff looks relaxed at work, cs is very dirty, the security guard is also snooty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan antrian buruk. kursi buat nunggu sedikit diluar, nunggu 2 jam pdhal customer ga banyak , antrian ditulis tangan, pemanggilan pake mulut ga kedengeran, setelah masuk baru dikasih no antrian
bad queue service. chairs to wait a little outside, wait 2 hours even though there are not many customers, the queue is handwritten, calls using your mouth are not heard, after entering you are given a queue number
