Saya sudah datang pagi" buat buka kartu saya yg ke blokir karna dapat dri info sabtu pun buka, tapi hasil nya nihil , saya yg jauh" dri Tenjolaya harus balik lagi tanpa hasil...
Buat pak satpam nya jangan jutek" ya pak sama nasabah....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini kan BRI Unit. Saya ksini hari senin dan mau k CSnya. Hari Senin kan di seluruh bank dan kantor2 lain biasanya ramai pengunjung. Pelayanannya harus maksimal. Tapi kok ini CS yang buka hanya satu? Seharusnya 3 atau lebih guna mengefisiensikan waktu. Padahal buka jam 8, saya kesini jam 8.40 masih aja nomor 1.
This is BRI Unit. I'm here on Monday and I want the CS. On Monday, all banks and other offices are usually crowded. The service must be maximal. But how come there is only one CS open? It should be 3 or more to make time efficient. Even though it's open at 8, I come here at 8.40, it's still number 1.

Balikin oy satpam yg lama..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah bgt antrian Teller jam 10.30 baru nmr 13 lama bgt pelayanannya biasanya kan yang lama cs inimah semuanya lama. Diluar ngantri berdiri karna gada booth atau kursi buat duduk gt trs pas di panggil masuk juga kita harus antri berdiri lg?
The teller queue is really bad at 10.30, new number 13 is really long, the service is usually old, cs, everything is old. Outside standing in line because there is no booth or chair to sit, so when we are called in, we have to stand in line again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru jadi satpam ajah udah belagu, atas nama haerul, saya mau ngajuin buka rekening ajah di tolak, suruh ke cabang pasar lama leuwiliang, bnyk alesan satpam nyah udah penuh lah kuota nya ini lah itu lah, ngerjain waktu orang ajah, baru 20 antrian ajah udah di suruh ke cabang lain, belagu amat baru jadi satpam juga, sok kuasa.
