★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesel banget sama securiti yang di luar,kemarin jumat 12maret 2021saya mau urus dan buat kembali atm yang tertelan ,katanya sudah penuh antrian dan suruh datang lagi senin atau ngga ke BRI kujang,karena saya harus mengurus di hari itu dan tidak bisa di tunda2,saya coba masuk aja buat memastikan,padahal di dalam antrian hanya 2 pengunjung saja? ,tolong buat kedepan nya lebih jujur lagi dan jangan mempersulit pengunjung,kasian setiap orang ada kebutuhan tersendiri yang mengharuskan untuk mengurus dengan segera,jangan di persulit dan di buat menunda2 ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kantor cabang BRI di cikampek cukup besar,parkiran lumayan luas buat mobil dan motor gratis tanpa pungutan biaya parkir semoga tetap gratis selamanya??,mesin ATM juga banyak
The BRI branch office in Cikampek is quite large, the parking area is quite large for free cars and motorbikes without parking fees, hopefully it will stay free forever ?, lots of ATM machines too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang masa nasabah di suruh berdiri lama harus nya ada tempat duduk walau sdkt juga masa pandemi. Teller banyak yg aktif cuma 2 dikira di cabang lbh nyaman n cepat di banding sm unit. Lbh enak unit klo bgt ada kursi buat nasabah duduk dr pada antri lama berdiri
Service is lacking when customers are told to stand for a long time, there should be a seat even though it's also a pandemic period. There are only 2 active tellers, it's thought the branch is more comfortable and faster than the sm unit. The unit is even better if there is a chair for customers to sit rather than standing in long queues
