★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teller lelet, CS lelet dan gak ramah sama sekali. Antrian gak jelas, gak ada nomor antrian. Satpam malah lebih ramah dari CS, karena kerjaan Satpam menyerupai CS hahaha bank apaan sih ini.
Teller is slow, CS is slow and not friendly at all. The queue is not clear, there is no queue number. Security guards are even more friendly than CS, because the security guard job resembles CS hahaha, what is this bank.
