Pelayanan tidak baik, sangat tidak baik. Saya datang ke kantor cabang ini bermaksud untuk membuka BRI mobile dan mengaktifkan nya. Pada saat itu saya dapat antrian terakhir pelayanan lama dan mereka memberi alasan dikarena kan jaringan pada saat itu tidak baik, padahal pada saat itu jaringan cukup baik tidak ada masalah menurutku. Nomor antrian saya dipanggil dan saya menghampiri CS mereka tidak memberikan greeting ataupun senyuman. Saya memberitahu keperluan dan kebutuhan saya kepada CS. CS meminta saya untuk mengaktifkan BRI mobile sendiri di rumah dan CS hanya membantu saya mengaktifkan nomor saya yang akan terdaftar di BRI mobile. Sesampai saya dirumah saya coba aktifkan BRI mobile dengan nomor yang terdaftar, ternyata BRI mobile saya tidak bisa digunakan untuk transaksi. Saya coba telfon CS BRI mengenai masalah saya, dan CS BRI menyebutkan bahwa saya harus kembali ke kantor cabang untuk mengaktifkan nomor dikarena kan nomor saya belum terdaftar. The first time saya menggunakan kartu atm BRI and thr result i get a bad impression karena pelayanan kantor cabang yang tidak baik dan tidak cekatan bahkan tidak ramah.
Service is not good, not very good. I came to this branch office intending to open BRI mobile and activate it. At that time I got the last queue for the old service and they gave a reason because the network at that time was not good, even though at the time the network was good enough there was no problem in my opinion. My queue number was called and I approached CS they didn't give greetings or smiles. I told CS my needs and needs. CS asks me to activate my own BRI mobile at home and CS only helps me activate my number to be registered at BRI mobile. When I arrived at my house I tried to activate BRI Mobile with the registered number, it turned out that my BRI Mobile could not be used for transactions. I tried to call CS BRI about my problem, and CS BRI mentioned that I had to go back to the branch office to activate the number because my number was not yet registered. The first time I used a BRI ATM card and the thr result was I got a bad impression because the branch office services were not good and not dexterous or even unfriendly.

Pelayanan sangat jelek, istirahat bilangnya dari 12 sampe jam 1, taunya sebelum jam 12 sudah isitirahat, mulainya lagi jam 2, ini melanggar aturan atran atran baru tidak di beritahukan. Kalau tidak urgent saya tidak akan kesini lagi !

Pelayanan lambat, Ngurus kartu ATM aja sampai seminggu bolak balik terus bilangnya lagi maintenance terus kata security nya.Pas Kebagian antrian ternyata cuma satu teller yg melayani khusus tentang Kartu ATM
Service is slow, just take an ATM card up to a week back and forth and keep on saying maintenance again and then the security word.

Ngeselin bangt sih, udah cape2 antri berjam2 gk ada hasil , pdahal cuma buat daftarin m bengking doang, udah di bantu csnya masih gk bisa alasan jaringan sedang di perbaiki , ya elah buang2 waktu aja, kenpa gk bilang waktu ngambil no antrian , sampe sekrng gk bisa2 ???
It's really annoying, I have been tired of queuing for hours there are no results, even though it's just for registering, it's been helped by CS, it still can't be the reason the network is being repaired, so I just wasted time, why didn't I say when I took no queue, until now it's not can 2 ???

Pelayanan sangat kurang ambil antrian baru jak /7 sudah ditutup gunanya apa layanan buja jam 8.15 tolong lebih di atur lagi g masuk akal bgt rasanya ngambil antrian ada yg nunggu dr jam 1 malam
The service is very lacking, take a new queue, jak/7 it's closed. What's the use of the buja service at 8.15, please arrange it more, it doesn't make sense, it feels like taking a queue, someone is waiting since 1 o'clock at night
