★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan CSnya jelek bgt. Bertele2, pdhal saya cuma mau gnti kartu krn hilang. Udh telfon 14000 katanya cuma bawa buku tabungan dan ktp, eh disini sama CS nya malah ribet pake surat kehilangan dll. Mana katanya msti mnta persetujuan kantor cabang yg bikin rekening. Udh gt ga ramah lg CSnya. Bad service emg disini tu.
Saya pindah ke Bank Mandiri cabang lain ga perlu tuh pake surat kehilangan segala, cepat 15 menit selesai, dan JAUH lebih responsif dan ramah CSnya.
The CS service is really bad. Long-winded, even though I just want to change the card because it's gone. After calling 14000, he said he only brought a passbook and ID card, here and CS, it's even more complicated to use lost letters, etc. Where does it say you have to ask for approval from the branch office that makes the account. It's not friendly anymore with the CS. There's really bad service here.
I moved to another branch of Bank Mandiri, I didn't need to use a letter, I lost everything, finished 15 minutes quickly, and the CS was MUCH more responsive and friendly.

Apa gunanya surat kuasa?
